Why is this different than other programs?

This course is meant to inform and empower. We've taken the most up-to-date evidence from the research on female hormones and metabolism and put it into a format that is easily digestible and implementable. Having a holistic nutritionist and a naturopathic doctor as your course creators means we are approaching metabolism from a whole-body perspective with an emphasis on hormonal health and sustainable change. We're in it for the long-haul, not for a quick fix.

This program is designed with the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all plan AND that any good nutrition plan is one that changes and adapts over time. Our goal is to provide you with enough structure so you can successfully make nutrition and lifestyle changes. This will create a foundation for you to build off of as we teach you how to listen to the cues that your metabolism is giving you and make adjustments to the plan to best fit your needs and goals.

Can this program be done if I'm gluten free, dairy free, or vegetarian?

Yes! The majority of our recipes are gluten free and dairy free. We also offer information on how to reach all the same goals while eating plant-based.

Do I have to follow a meal plan?

I am not looking to lose weight, I only want to learn how to eat healthy and support my body —is this program still good for me?

When is the best time to start the program? 

We provide a meal plan and a meal structure. It is totally up to you how you use either, but either way you will be successful! 

Yes this is absolutely for you! If you do not want to lose weight you can absolutely get to your healthiest self by healing the metabolism, managing hormones and building muscle -- just to name a few. All of which is good no matter if you want to lose weight or maintain where you are!
