It all began with changing one woman's life

The Your Balanced Body program was inspired and created as a results of supporting many women (just like you!) through metabolism transformation working at our Naturopathic practice. With the changes we saw, we knew we had to create a program that could support many more women.

We know with a little guidance, simple changes, and a new mindset women can achieve freedom from the stress of food and weight forever and have control over their bodies and hormones.

We BELIEVE IN:

Women deserve to know how their body works! The truth is there is a lot of negativity when it comes to aging, but we know it does not have to be that way and if women were given the right tools and information they could walk into their 40's, 50's and beyond with ease and confidence.

It's time women embraced thier changing body and finally felt like they had control. By optimizing your hormones, mastering stress and healing the metabolism we work to get women's bodies working for them and not against them!

Our passion is to teach women how to tap into their hormones, so they age with ease, enjoy the changes and step confidently into the next stage of their lives.

You might be wondering how we ended up with the titles of metabolism gurus and female hormone specialists. Trust us, it's not exactly what we said we wanted to be when we grew up. But our experience helping women regain their confidence, reconnect with their bodies and get back their time and energy to spend on the things they loved, change our lives as well -- and now, it's our mission to help as many women as possible.

Dr. Erin Fix

Erin is a hormonal naturopathic doctor with a passion for all things women’s health, hormones, and metabolism. She graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon after completing a 4-year doctoral degree in naturopathic medicine. Erin believes women deserve to know how their bodies work, especially in regard to female hormones and the changes that come with menopause. She loves helping women feel more connected with their bodies and empowered to take back control of their health. When she’s not seeing patients or working with women to optimize their hormones, you can find her surfing the Oregon coast, mountain biking, or disc golfing with her partner and her dog (an Aussie named Otto).

Lindsey Rather

As a Holistic Nutrition Coach I am on a mission to help others realize the potential their body has to heal and what it looks like to live a confident life and feel at ease. My experience with finding healing, regaining my confidence and truly feeling free in my body is something that changed my life — and now, it’s my mission to share that with others.

I have to confess...I haven't always been the wellness enthusiast who loves vegetables, is excited to cook and genuinely loves strolling through grocery store aisles looking for new products -- It came with time. You may never become a wellness enthusiast, but I am here to tell you with consistency and time you can support your body with ease!

I now have a sharper awareness of food labels, meal planning, a great foundation for new recipes, and have already begun to lose some fat and I sleep more regularly. I even started to cook and season my own food!
